Bucket Hat Project - July/August 2020
This is a quarantine project that started back in July. Bucket Hats were starting to make a scene in the fashion world and wanting a hat of our own we thought "how hard can it be?" The answer is pretty hard... for a novice. Reached out for some help from Teri Housman aka Mom to help finish them off.
Each hat is created out of but not limited to scraps that we didn't have the heart to throw out after a project. Scraps include but are not limited too, salvaged denim, art canvases, Quiet Woman's Table Cloth Project, and marbled fabric.

This was a quarantine endeavor that kicked off in July. We noticed that Bucket Hats were gaining popularity in the fashion world and figured, "Why not make our own?"
For our DIY Bucket Hats, we used fabric from our collectiom of previous projects scraps. We used everything from salvaged denim, to hand painted fabrics.
The result? An eclectic and one-of-a-kind collection of hats!
