Evan developed a fascination for cutting boards when we inherited a bunch of scrap hardwood. He skillfully assembled these various scraps into crafting these beautiful end-grained patterned. (One of these boards can even be found at Taco Maria, a renowned Michelin Star restaurant in our local Costa Mesa, South Coast Area.) Additionally, Evan inherited a substantial collection of PlyBoo/Bamboo sheets, which quickly became our most sought-after and frequently utilized product.
